Key Responsibilities
Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Source, generate, and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, investors, and channel partners.
Engage with clients to understand requirements and suggest suitable property options.
Organize and conduct site visits, open houses, and promotional events.
Manage the complete sales cycle--from first contact to deal closure.
Deliver an excellent client experience to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate (advantage in Noida market).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet or surpass sales targets.
Must own a two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
Willingness to travel across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, and Gurugram.
Confident, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
