Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Monitor local real estate market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly.
Create promotional plans and coordinate with marketing to enhance property visibility.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor real estate agents to improve performance and productivity.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Assign sales territories, set goals, and track individual and team KPIs.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers.
Oversee customer inquiries, property viewings, negotiations, and closing processes.

4. Operational Oversight
Manage daily sales operations, including documentation, contracts, and compliance.
