Key Responsibilities:
Manage and close residential or commercial real estate deals.
Generate quality leads through online campaigns, field networking, and channel partners.
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns for new and ongoing projects.
Conduct property site visits and clearly explain project features, pricing, and construction timelines to clients.
Maintain and regularly update CRM and sales reports.
Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in real estate sales (Required)
Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and digital marketing strategies
Understanding of real estate construction stages and terminology
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Civil/Construction-related field preferred
