Position Summary:

We are seeking a high-performing Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with a strong sales background, experience in real estate, and a passion for coaching agents to success. This role is both strategic and hands-on, driving sales performance, recruiting talent, and ensuring a culture of excellence.

Role and Responsibility

:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform strategies Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals Experience in real estate sales management

Qualifications:

Any Degree Previous experience in Real Estate Field must Experience Min 7 to 10 Years
