. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, strong sales strategies, and excellent client relationship management skills to drive our residential and investment plot sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for residential plot sales to meet revenue targets.
Identify and engage prospective buyers through various channels including walk-ins, referrals, digital leads, and field activities.
Conduct site visits and product presentations with potential clients.
Handle end-to-end sales process from lead conversion to agreement signing.
Build and manage a strong client database and maintain long-term relationships.
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to optimize lead generation and customer experience.
Lead a sales team (if applicable), providing guidance and motivation to achieve collective goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5-6 years of
hands-on experience in selling real estate plots
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Good network in real estate customer base and local markets.
Familiarity with CRM software and real estate sales tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
