RRITAM is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales operations for residential and industrial projects across Sonipat, Panipat, and Kharkhoda. The ideal candidate must have strong sales experience and their own conveyance for site visits and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and ensure sales closures.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.
Coordinate with marketing and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
Stay updated on local market trends and competitor projects.
Prepare sales reports and update management regularly.
