We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Sales Manager

with a strong background in the

real estate industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals for residential or commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and drive sales of real estate projects Generate and follow up on leads through calls, walk-ins, and site visits Build strong client relationships and provide excellent post-sales support Coordinate with marketing for campaigns and lead generation Guide prospective buyers through the buying process, including documentation Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on property market trends and competitor offerings

Requirements:

Experience:

2-4 years in real estate sales (must have)

Qualification:

Graduate (any stream); MBA preferred

Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, client handling, and target orientation

Other:

Must be willing to travel for site visits and meetings

Salary:

As per industry standards + attractive incentives

Schedule:

Day shift, 6 days working
