Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team, drive revenue growth, and achieve ambitious sales targets. The ideal candidate will have deep market knowledge, proven team leadership skills, and expertise in client relationship management to expand our portfolio in residential/commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Performance



Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize performance.? Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for senior management.?

Team Leadership



Recruit, train, and mentor sales agents to build a high-performing team. Set individual and team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and motivate through incentives.? Oversee property listings, appraisals, and deal negotiations for complex transactions.?

Client & Stakeholder Management



Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, developers, and partners via networking and follow-ups. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sale support.? Coordinate with marketing for lead generation, property promotions, and brand visibility.?

Operations & Compliance



Ensure CRM updates, contract accuracy, and compliance with real estate regulations.? Handle escalated client issues and facilitate smooth settlements.? Represent the company at industry events and maintain market intelligence.?
Required Qualifications

Education



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience



5+ years in real estate sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role.? Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.? Active real estate broker/agent license (preferred).

Skills & Competencies



Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and real estate software. Excellent market analysis, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
