Job Description

Role Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for

driving property sales, managing the sales team, achieving revenue targets, and building strong customer relationships

. The role involves

lead generation, site visit management, negotiation, closing deals, and coordinating with marketing and CRM teams

to ensure consistent sales performance across residential and/or commercial projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Generation

Develop and execute

sales strategies

to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Drive sales for

residential / commercial / plotted developments

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences Prepare sales forecasts and pipeline reports
2. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, motivate, and manage the

sales team and channel partners

Set individual targets and track performance Conduct regular training, reviews, and performance appraisals Ensure discipline, professionalism, and ethical selling practices
3. Lead Management & Closures

Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through

digital marketing, site walk-ins, and channel partners

Conduct site visits and client presentations Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms within approved guidelines Close deals and ensure timely documentation and booking
4. Channel Partner & Broker Management

Appoint, manage, and motivate

channel partners and brokers

Conduct regular broker meetings and incentive programs Ensure proper branding, compliance, and performance from channel partners
5. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers Address customer queries, concerns, and escalations professionally Ensure high customer satisfaction from inquiry to possession
6. Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with

marketing, CRM, legal, and finance teams

for smooth sales operations Ensure accurate data entry and follow-ups in

CRM systems

Prepare and submit regular MIS reports on sales performance
7. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure compliance with

RERA guidelines and company policies

Oversee documentation, agreements, and booking formalities Maintain transparency and ethical standards in all sales activities
Job Requirements / QualificationsEducational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Sales or Marketing preferred)
Experience

5-10 years

of experience in

real estate sales

, with at least

2-3 years in a managerial role

Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

Strong negotiation and closing abilities In-depth knowledge of real estate market dynamics Experience in residential and/or commercial property sales
