Key Responsibilities:
Conduct client meetings and property site visits.
Negotiate and close property sales deals.
Guide and support the sales team to achieve targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Coordinate with managers for smooth deal closures.
Prepare sales reports and share updates with management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of real estate sales experience.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred).
