Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends.
Present and demonstrate property features to prospective clients.
Coordinate with banks for in-principle loan approvals before closing deals.
Maintain sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
Collaborate with marketing for on-site promotions and materials.
Lead a small sales team by setting and achieving individual targets.
Use your existing channel partner network to drive sales.
Ensure excellent customer service and post-sales support.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in
real estate residential sales

Proven track record of closing property deals.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Active channel partner network preferred.
Willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
