AGM - Sales
to lead and expand our real estate sales operations in
Kharar
. The ideal candidate will have a strong
channel partner (CP) network
, proven leadership in real estate sales, and the ability to drive high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare regular sales reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
Min 3 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate).
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
