Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Sales Manager (Real Estate)
to join our team in Indore. This pivotal role requires driving sales strategy, managing a high-performing sales team, and cultivating client relationships to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential and commercial projects.
Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
Conduct market research to understand competitors, market trends, and customer preferences.
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales services.
Organize and participate in promotional activities, events, and property exhibitions.
Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Handle client inquiries, resolve disputes, and maintain excellent customer service standards.
