Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Hiring, training, mentoring, and motivating sales executives to improve performance.
Target Achievement: Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
Pipeline Management: Managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring a healthy pipeline.
Client Relationship Management: Building strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and referrals.
Market Intelligence: Conducting research on Mumbai's real estate trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify new opportunities.
Site Visits & Negotiations: Guiding clients through site visits and negotiating, closing, and securing high-value deals.
