Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and manage property sales activities. The role involves developing sales strategies, handling key clients, coordinating with channel partners, and achieving revenue targets for residential and/or commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
Handle client inquiries, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures
Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and agents
Ensure accurate and timely sales documentation, agreements, and compliance
Coordinate with legal, CRM, marketing, and site teams for smooth transactions
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and after-sales support
Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate preferred
Proven experience in real estate sales (residential/commercial)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Good knowledge of property documentation, RERA norms, and local market
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
