Sales Manager
to drive sales growth and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, potential buyers, and channel partners.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations with prospective buyers.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to align sales strategies.
Collaborate with marketing and project teams to design promotional campaigns and events.
Recruit, train, and lead the sales team to deliver performance excellence.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in the
real estate industry
.
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
