Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.
4-6 years of experience in real estate, preferably in closing transactions.
Strong command of communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the real estate market in Chembur East and surrounding areas is a plus.
