Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Ensure optimum inventory absorption for all projects.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales approach.
Team Management
Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
Set individual and team targets, conduct performance reviews, and provide training support.
Foster a culture of customer service and accountability.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Handle walk-ins, leads, and referrals effectively.
Ensure prompt follow-ups, negotiations, and closure of deals.
Channel Partner & Broker Network
Develop and manage strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Conduct regular meetings, events, and site visits to strengthen engagement.
Marketing & Coordination
Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns that support sales objectives.
Provide feedback on advertising, branding, and promotional activities.
Represent the firm at exhibitions, events, and roadshows.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
Ensure documentation, agreements, and payments are completed as per company policies.
Maintain compliance with RERA and other regulatory requirements.
