Job Title: Sales Manager - Real Estate
Experience Required: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales (must have 4+ years as Sales Manager in the real estate sector).
Location: Nallasopara West, Landmark - Fun Fiesta Mall
(Candidates from Western Line / nearby locations preferred, especially those who have handled the Nallasopara market)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle sales closures and manage effective Channel Partner (CP) calling.
2. Schedule CP meetings and maintain strong broker relationships.
3. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets with speed and efficiency.
4. Manage incoming leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert into sales.
5. Build and nurture client relationships for long-term engagement.
6. Execute the sales process as per company standards.
7. Maintain active market & broker engagement, particularly in the Nallasopara area.
8. Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams.
9. Ensure compliance and professionalism in all sales activities.
Candidate Profile:
1. Minimum 4+ years relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
2. Proven track record of handling Nallasopara/Western Line market.
3. Strong closing, negotiation & relationship management skills.
4. Target-oriented, result-driven, with ability to work under pressure.
5. Excellent communication skills and strong broker network.
