We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive property sales. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing a team of agents, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the real estate sales team
Set and achieve sales targets for residential and/or commercial properties
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base
Oversee lead generation, client acquisition, and property showings
Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Train and onboard new sales agents
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and ethical practices
Prepare regular sales performance reports for management
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
Minimum 5-7 years of real estate sales experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of local property markets and regulatory guidelines
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
RERA certification (preferred)
