Job Description

Client Engagement:


Initiate outbound calls to potential clients from leads provided or self-generated. Pitch properties according to the client's requirements and preferences.

Property Consultation:


Understand client needs and suggest suitable properties, providing them with detailed information about the available options.

Follow-ups:


Maintain a follow-up schedule with prospective clients, ensuring that no lead is left unattended. Use CRM tools to track and manage leads and interactions.

Lead Nurturing:


Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through regular communication, offering value-added information and updates about properties.

Client Visits:


Convince clients to visit the property sites, emphasizing the key features and advantages of the properties. Assist in scheduling property tours and coordinate with the on-site team.

Team Collaboration:


Work closely with the sales team and property managers to ensure a smooth client experience and timely follow-up on any client queries.

Reporting:


Update lead status and provide regular feedback to the Sales Manager on the progress of calls and client visits.

Requirements:



Experience:


Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in real estate or a sales-related field).

Communication Skills:


Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to confidently pitch and communicate with clients over the phone.

Persuasion Skills:


Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to influence client decisions and encourage property visits.
