Lead Management Expertise:



Supervise and manage leads generated by telecallers, ensuring seamless coordination and effective follow-ups.

Client Relationship Building:



Conduct meetings with clients, actively listening to understand their specific property requirements.

Site Visit Facilitation:



Organize and facilitate site visits, enabling clients to experience the properties firsthand.

Tailored Property Solutions:



Assist clients in finding the perfect property that aligns with their unique requirements and preferences.

Collaboration with Sales Managers:



Maintain strong coordination with Sales Managers, ensuring a cohesive and synchronized approach to sales strategies.

Client Follow-ups:



Implement a proactive follow-up strategy, staying engaged with clients to address queries and provide necessary information.

Cross-Project Discussions:



Facilitate discussions across various projects, offering clients a comprehensive view of available options and fostering informed decision-making.
