Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives/agents. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Monitor team performance and report on key metrics (KPIs). Oversee end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals. Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion and brand positioning. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activity, and legal guidelines. Conduct regular sales training and performance reviews. Manage CRM systems and ensure accurate record-keeping of client interactions. Represent the company at events, expos, and client meetings as required.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
