Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive/Manager to join our real estate team, focusing on land acquisition and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring land parcels, building relationships with landowners, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Land Acquisition: Identify and acquire land parcels for development projects.
2. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, and stakeholders.
3. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential land acquisition targets.
4. Negotiation: Negotiate land acquisition deals and ensure smooth transactions.
5. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
6. Client Management: Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales, land acquisition, or related field.
3. Proven track record of successful land acquisitions and sales.
4. Strong knowledge of land acquisition processes, regulations, and market trends.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
