with 9+ years of proven experience in residential/commercial property sales. The ideal candidate will lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, manage key client relationships, and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and channel partners
Drive site visits, negotiations, and deal closures with high-value clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities
Coordinate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns, site promotions, and branding activities
Ensure accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and MIS tracking
Oversee CRM usage to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer engagement
Handle escalations, customer concerns, and post-sales coordination when required
Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, company policies, and legal documentation processes
Participate in project planning meetings to provide sales insights and demand forecasts
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong leadership and team-management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
In-depth knowledge of real estate sales cycles, documentation, and RERA compliance
Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage enterprise-level clients
Analytical mindset with strong reporting and forecasting skills
