Job Summary We are hiring a Sales Manager for our Kharar office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a target-driven approach, and the ability to lead a sales team. Candidates with experience in Real Estate are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Manage client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiation closures. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Generate leads and identify new business opportunities. Prepare sales reports and share insights with management. Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. Requirements Minimum 3 years of sales experience. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
