Sales Manager - Real Estate

Location: Chandigarh, India

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:

Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Analysis:

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.

Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into performance and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the local real estate market and industry regulations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
