Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners.
Oversee the end-to-end sales process -- from inquiry to booking to final closure.
Conduct site visits with clients and ensure a high conversion rate.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales follow-ups when required.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in
real estate sales
(residential, commercial, or luxury projects).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Goal-driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA preferred.
