Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Stay updated on real estate market trends and industry news.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create effective sales campaigns.
Negotiate contracts and close real estate deals.
Understanding of real estate market
Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.
Meetings prospective customers to present project & following up the sales
Product knowledge by market research for better deliverable
Achieve Sales targets for all Residential & Commercial Projects
Respond to customer and broker queries and complaints Timely
Identify potential customers, engage with them on a regular basis to convert the lead
Direct Sales & Channel Sales
Should have good and relevant experience in Sales.
Good Communication Skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
Proven track record in sales leadership and achieving sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and industry trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
