Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership:
Manage and motivate a team of sales Executive to achieve sales targets.
2. Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
4. Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
5. Recruitment and Training:
Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams.
6. Performance Monitoring:
Track sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
7. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Manage sales budgets, forecast sales performance, and optimize resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business,Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is a plus.
