Key Responsibilities



Own and drive

end-to-end sales

for plotted, villa, and apartment projects across North Bangalore. Lead a

hybrid model

of direct site sales and channel partner engagements. Execute and achieve

monthly/quarterly revenue targets

. Build, manage, and mentor a

small team of sales executives

(initially 2-4 members). Create and track

site visits, walk-ins, and CRM pipelines

effectively. Coordinate with

marketing, developers, and back-office

for seamless closures. Be the face of the brand at

project sites, client meetings, and channel events

.

Performance Metrics



Minimum

3 closures per month

(individual contributor + team combined). Minimum

12-15 site visits per week

tracked and reported. Funnel movement from

lead to negotiation to closure

within 30-45 days.

Experience & Skills Required



3-6 years of

real estate sales

experience (North Bangalore exposure is a bonus). Fluent in

English

(multilingual = major plus). Strong understanding of

Bangalore real estate dynamics and customer psyche

. CRM and funnel management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
