We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Manager to join our sales Team. This is a dual role involving both field sales and in-office customer engagement. You will play a key role in handling enquiries, scheduling site visits, and guiding clients through the property buying journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales enquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
Schedule and conduct site visits with potential buyers
Present and explain project details, USPs, pricing, and offers
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Follow up regularly to convert leads into bookings
Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and documentation
Maintain CRM and update daily sales activities
Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Willingness to travel across Bangalore for site visits
Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi preferred
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
