Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, campaigns, and branding activities
Handle negotiations, pricing, and closing of property deals
Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and customer data
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales coordination
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum
4-8 years of experience
in real estate sales, with at least
2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
Familiarity with Bangalore/ Hubli real estate market (preferred)
