Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
Generate business through channel partners, referrals, and direct sales
Handle high-value clients and close major deals
Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Key Skills Required:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities
In-depth knowledge of residential and commercial real estate
Target-oriented with strong analytical skills
Good understanding of the Gurgaon real estate market
