Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
6-10 years of experience in real estate sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of the NCR real estate market
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms
