Key Responsibilities:



Lead management and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans Generate leads and drive conversions through channel partners, online platforms, and direct sales Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property site visits Build strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals Track sales performance and prepare regular sales reports for management Stay updated with real estate trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and operations teams for smooth workflow

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred) 6-10 years of experience in real estate sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding high-value targets Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Strong understanding of the NCR real estate market Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms
