Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven

Sales Manager

with a minimum of 3 years in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling client interactions, conducting property site visits, closing deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a deep understanding of the real estate market in Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities

Handle both inbound and outbound client calls Conduct property site visits based on client requirements Present project details and company offerings confidently to prospective buyers Build and maintain strong client relationships with regular follow-ups Manage client queries through calls and emails at all stages of the sales cycle Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely client updates Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must own a personal vehicle (two-wheeler preferred) Comfortable working full-time from the office
