Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives. 2. Lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, coaching, and support. 3. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with potential clients. 4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. 5. Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team. 6. Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute effective promotional campaigns. 7. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of sales activities and customer interactions. **Qualifications:** 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 2. Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficient in English, both written and verbal. 6. Sound knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage. 7.
