Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage sales of industrial plots, warehouses, factory buildings & commercial spaces
Develop and execute sales strategies for Noida & Greater Noida industrial zones
Identify new business opportunities, investors, and corporate clients
Build, manage & expand strong relationships with developers, landowners & investors
Handle high-value negotiations, deal structuring & closures
Achieve monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
Monitor market trends, pricing & competitor activities
Lead, train & motivate the sales team to improve productivity
Ensure proper documentation, compliance & deal coordination
Desired Candidate Profile:
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate Management or related field
Minimum 5-10 years of proven experience in industrial or commercial real estate sales*
Strong market knowledge of Noida, Greater Noida & nearby industrial belts*
Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills
Strong client-handling and relationship-management abilities
Target-driven mindset with ability to work under pressure
Experience in handling large ticket-size deals preferred
