Job Summary:
We are looking for a
highly experienced & driven Sales Manager
to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, excellent team management skills, and a strategic mindset to achieve ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates from Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, and Delhi will be preferred.
Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Build strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to close high-value deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Ensure exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams to generate quality leads.
Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
Stay updated on local real estate market developments, pricing trends, and competitor strategies.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery and handover of sold units.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts and performance reports.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in handling high-ticket residential or commercial projects.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, result-oriented & able to thrive in a target-driven environment.
