We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive business growth and revenue for 4QT ERP, a leading ERP solution for real estate brokers and builders & developers .
Key Responsibilities
Identify and target brokers, builders, and developers for ERP sales.
Generate and manage leads, cold calling, conduct client meetings, and deliver product presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support in coordination with the technical team.
Stay updated with real estate industry trends in Hyderabad & Bangaluru to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the real estate, software, or ERP domain.
Strong network among brokers and builders in Hyderabad /Bangaluru is preferred..
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
