Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets
Generate and manage leads through various channels (online, referrals, field activities, etc.)
Pitch real estate projects to prospective clients and guide them through the buying process
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships for future business opportunities
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign effectiveness
Monitor team performance and provide training or support when needed
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments
