Experience:

Minimum 5 years in real estate sales

Salary:

?45,000 - ₹60,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities.

Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the real estate sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Preferred Skills:

In-depth knowledge of the Delhi, Noida and Ghaziabad Real Estate Market.

Ability to analyze sales metrics and data.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
