Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales for residential projects (apartments, villas, gated communities)
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets
Handle negotiations with end customers and close high-value deals
Monitor lead-to-booking conversion ratios
Allocate and track leads from portals, walk-ins, and campaigns
Work closely with channel partners and brokers to increase bookings
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA preferred
Minimum 4 years of residential real estate sales experience
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing abilities
Experience handling site visits and walk-in customers
Knowledge of local residential market, pricing trends, and buyer behavior
