Key Responsibilities
Handle
incoming leads
from digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
Provide
accurate project information
to clients and schedule site visits.
Conduct
site presentations and guided tours
, highlighting project features and advantages.
Manage the complete
sales pipeline
-- from first contact to deal closure and documentation.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead feedback and performance insights.
Maintain and update
CRM / lead tracking tools
with call logs, visit records, and deal status.
Achieve monthly and quarterly
sales targets
while upholding brand values and service quality.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in
real estate sales or high-value B2C sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
Smart personality with a customer-centric and persuasive approach.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented individual.
Comfortable using
digital tools, CRM systems, and WhatsApp/Google Sheets
for lead tracking.
