Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial real estate projects
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, and direct clients
Handle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and investors
Track sales performance, prepare MIS, and report to senior management
Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and legal teams for smooth closures
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
