High-Net-Worth (HNW) Client Focus:
Develop and nurture relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), investors, and key intermediaries (e.g., private bankers, wealth managers, luxury concierges).
Sales Process Management:
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and initial inquiry through personalised property viewing, negotiation, legal documentation, and final closing (sealing) of the deal.
Negotiation:
Expertly negotiate high-value sales and leasing contracts while optimising profit margins and ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Intelligence:
Continuously track luxury real estate market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to inform and adjust the sales approach.
2. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team, providing coaching and resources to enhance their skills in serving the luxury client segment.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate closely with the Development, Design, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project knowledge, operational efficiency, and transaction flow.
Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
