Key Responsibilities:
Drive residential and commercial property sales in Mohali and surrounding areas
Build and manage relationships with CPs, brokers, and local agents
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and close deals independently
Generate leads through fieldwork and local networking
Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and documentation
Provide regular sales updates and market insights
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)
Strong CP network in Tricity region (Chandigarh, Kharar, Kurali, Landran, Morinda, New Chandigarh)
Must have own conveyance for local travel
Good communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Immediate joiner preferred
