Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the telesales and site sales teams to achieve assigned sales targets.
Generate qualified leads through telesales campaigns, follow-ups, and referrals.
Coordinate and schedule client site visits; ensure excellent customer experience during visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Convert leads to bookings by effectively presenting project features, pricing, and benefits.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers.
Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Train and motivate the telesales team to enhance performance and productivity.
Collaborate with marketing to align promotional activities and campaigns for lead generation.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
