The Sales Manager plays a key leadership role in driving the real estate company's sales performance. They are responsible for developing and managing the sales team, creating strategies to increase revenue, building strong client relationships, and ensuring targets are met. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team toward success.
Key Responsibilities:
? Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets
? Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure top performance
? Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
? Oversee the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide accurate forecasting and reporting to senior management
? Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
? Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and promotional activities
? Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences
? Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations
? Provide training and continuous development opportunities for the sales team
? Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements or corrective actions where needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Proven experience (10+ years) in real estate sales, with at least 4-5 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of the real estate market, including sales cycles, pricing, and market trends
Results-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?90,000.00 per month
