Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead and manage end-to-end sales operations for open plot real estate projects. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Generate leads through channel partners, brokers, site visits, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Build and manage a network of channel partners, agents, and brokers. Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions, launches, and branding activities. Ensure proper documentation, booking formalities, and coordination with legal teams. Track sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and present regular updates to management. Maintain strong post-sales customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of open plots, land sales, and real estate regulations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Target-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work on-site and travel as required.

Qualification:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).
